Hi, I'm Sydney, a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification, earned in 2021. My passion for movement and breath drives my approach to teaching, as I believe the two are deeply intertwined in creating a balanced and mindful practice.
In my classes, I guide students through a dynamic Vinyasa flow, using breath to fuel movement and build heat in the body. We flow through energizing sequences to open and strengthen the body, and then transition into the calming embrace of Yin yoga. Here, we hold poses longer to it release tension and bring deep relaxation to both the body and mind.
